Over the years, Richard expanded his expertise to include air conditioning systems, owning and operating a successful photography business, and serving as a Mechanical and Workshop Foreman. This diverse experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of building operations and management.

In his role as a Building Manager, Richard has demonstrated exceptional skills in overseeing large mixed-use strata environments, including residential, commercial, and retail spaces. His technical proficiency, coupled with his problem-solving abilities and customer service skills developed from his entrepreneurial ventures, make him a valuable asset to our building management team.
